Want to use your favorite non-induction pots on an induction cooktop? This heat diffuser plate makes it possible. Just place this 14cm stainless steel and aluminum disc on your induction hob, put your regular pan on top, and the magnetic field heats the plate, which then transfers heat to your cookware. It works the other way too—use it on gas or electric stoves to spread heat more evenly and prevent scorching. The three-layer construction (stainless steel-aluminum-stainless steel) distributes heat consistently. It comes with a removable wooden handle so you can move it safely when hot.
